Thomas Arthur

It is with great sadness we announce the sudden passing of our beloved Thomas Arthur Jr. on April 3, 2022 in Elliot Lake. Tommy was born on October 4, 1962 in Parry Sound to Thomas Arthur (predeceased) of Belfast and June Arthur (née Dubé) of Nobel. Dearest brother to Shirley, Laurie (predeceased) (Ronnie), Tina (predeceased), Angela and Michael. Tommy is survived by many nieces and nephews – Chuck (Melissa), Jennifer (Derrick), Graham (Cassie), Ron (Jenn), Mellissa, Danielle, Josef, Haleigh, Camryn and Faith, as well as grand-nieces and nephews Trista, Carter, Makenna, Tyson, Caleb, Ben, Lennon and Jackson. He will be missed by many uncles, aunts, cousins and friends near and far. Tommy was passionate about all things history, especially JFK. He held a special place in his heart for animals, particularly his furry feline of many years Chance. He spent his time reading countless books, listening to music that fuelled his soul and watching his favorite teams the Boston Bruins and Toronto Blue Jays. More than anything, he was fiercely loyal and loved his family dearly. As per Tommy’s wishes, there will be no funeral or visitation. A Celebration of Life will take place in the coming months.
