Kurt Ryan Wayne Marshall

It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Kurtis Ryan Wayne Marshall, age 42 years. Loving son of Wayne Marshall (Diane) and Leslie Marshall (predeceased). Kurtis leaves behind two loving children, Morgan and Boston, which he loved dearly. He is also survived by his brother Todd and many nieces and nephews and extended family and friends. Kurtis grew up in Elliot Lake and enjoyed playing hockey in which he was a goalie and played right up to the junior ranks. He was very knowledgeable in sports. Kurt worked as a cook at St. Joseph’s General Hospital for many years and truly enjoyed cooking up a feast. Kurtis will be missed by lifelong friends the Dumont family who were like family and by friend Carissa of Elliot Lake. Kurtis will be missed by everyone who knew him and loved him.

Visitation will be held on Friday October 7, 2022 from 7 – 9 p.m. at Gentle Shepherd Church, 3 Ottawa Ave, Elliot Lake. A Funeral Service will be held Saturday at 1 p.m. at Gentle Shepherd Church with cremation to follow. Memorial donations may be made to Canadian Mental Health Association.
