Jean-Pierre Caron

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Jean-Pierre Caron peacefully at his home surrounded by family on Sunday, July 5th, 2026, at the age of 81.

Known to many as J.P and to most as Papa. Papa leaves behind his 5 children Kim (Jack), Wendy (Steve), Lise, Stacey (Tyler), Jon(Johann). 13 Grandchildren Kori (Tracy), Samantha (Ryan), Steven, Alex, Matthew, Cassandra (Todd), Brooke (Steve), Brianna (Justin), Grace, Alysha (Wade), Brandon (Vanessa), Taylor, Nicholas. 11 Great-Grandchildren Declan, Tenley, Emmerson, Lily, Chloe, Myla, Luca, Koen, Scarlett, Braedyn (Aimee), Hunter (Megan). He will be greatly missed by his brother and friend Robert(Yvonne) and their children. Jean-Pierre leaves behind sisters and a brother in Quebec and many nieces and nephews there and in Ontario. His many friends whom he caught up with at Tim Hortons and the boat launch. Gaby and Chris who put a smile on his face and pep in his step after their visits.

At Papa’s request, cremation has already taken place and there will be no service. In lieu of flowers and cards, donations can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or a charity of choice. Arrangements entrusted to Alternative Funeral Services.
