Passed away unexpectedly Monday, February 5, 2024 at the age of 76 years. Predeceased by his parents William and Jean (nee Dakens) Mitchell. Dear brother of William (predeceased) and his wife Joyce Mitchell. Fred will be fondly remembered by his many friends. As per Fred’s Wishes, cremation has taken place.
