Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Bruce (Edward) on January 17, 2023 at the age of 75. Beloved husband to Elizabeth for 29 years. Loving father of Jennifer (Brenden), Richard, Cheryl and Shirley. Proud grandpa to Josh, Bryanna, Christian, Jaden, Hailey, Lily, Zachery, Desiree, Madison and Chloe. Also, proud great grandpa to Sadie and Atreyu (who also calls him dada). Predeceased by parents Gordon and Emma Boose and brother to the late Ralph (late Karen) Boose. He will be missed by many nieces, nephews, in-laws and friends.
Bruce worked at the Chrysler mini van plant in Windsor, Ont. for 40 years and has enjoyed retirement for the past 16 years spending most days with family and friends, his dogs and cats, camping, birdwatching, everything astrology, gardening or just relaxing reading a good book.
Special thank you to the medical staff at St. Josephs Hospital in Elliot Lake, Northeast Cancer Centre at Health Sciences North in Sudbury, Bayshore, Care Partners, Dr. A Purzner and anyone else who has helped/cared for Bruce throughout his illness.
At Bruce’s request cremation has taken place and a private family viewing has been held. A celebration of life will take place at a later date.
Donations may be made in memory of Bruce to St. Josephs Hospital Elliot Lake, Northeast Cancer Centre at Health Sciences North in Sudbury if you Wish.
