Rochon, Donna After a battle with cancer spanning decades, Donna Rochon has passed away on January 11, 2026. She fought with grit and courage and resolve to be undefeated- and in our eyes she won. Because in the end she was given grace and went in peace. Donna was a tireless warrior and lived her life standing guard for the vulnerable – most especially animals and all those who could not fight for themselves. Her strength was not quiet, it was fierce and her compassion unwavering. She leaves behind her devoted husband John Rochon, her partner of 32years, of whom she was so proud of. Her beloved siblings, step-children and grandchildren, cherished nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews will never know a greater champion in their lives than her. Her 3 beloved fur-babies, constant companions and beneficiaries of her gentle heart will miss her terribly, but in the quiet way of cats. Donna’s legacy is one of resilience, advocacy and love – a sprit that refused to look away when others were in need. If she could share her strength and message today, it would be to keep loving and keep fighting. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Alternative Funeral Services.
