Cornelia Ross

Ross, Cornelia Cornelia Ross (ne de Reus) born on October 6, 1940 in Ijmuiden, The Netherlands, married to the late Allan Ross, passed away peacefully at the age of 85 on November 10th. Surrounded by family and close friends. She is survived by her daughter, Catharina van Es, her son Willem van Es, grandchildren and great grandchildren. She also had many loved ones that she leaves behind in Holland. A "feisty" little dutch lady who immigrated to Canada in her 30"s, full of courage and ambition, she will be remembered for her love of sports, travel, and the TV show Jeopardy. Thank you to her close friends, Sara Ward and Roseanne Perry, for lovingly looking after mom and making it possible for her to remain at home. Thank you to the wonderful doctors, nurses, PSWs for providing compassionate and professional care during her final days. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Alternative Funeral Services. As mom always said "If you ain't dutch, you ain't much!" We love you mom
