Obituary
It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of Adele Annette Gilbert and also known by so many as Baboo, on Thursday September 7, 2023 at the age of 60, at HSN in Sudbury. Left to mourn her passing is her partner Gilles Casavant. Loving mother of Melissa Gilbert, Patrick Gilbert, granddaughters Zoey Gray, Stepdaughters Cattie Casavant (Chris), Sonya Casavant (Conrad) along with her 5 step grandchildren, Sheila and Henry Grandburg, Anakin, Aurelie, Lina Grenier, dear sister of Juliette Lamothe, Jeannine Lamothe Caya, Adrien Lamothe. Predeceased by her parents Wilfred Lamothe and Emerentine Dubeau, brothers Marcel Lamothe and Rene Lamothe and sister Winnie Creor. She will be sadly missed by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. At Adele’s request no flowers but if you wish to make a donation, one can be made to Community Mental Health, or any Mental Health Association of you choice, in Adele’s memory. Funeral arrangements are entrusted to Alternative Funeral Services, a Funeral mass service will be announced on website.
